Now more than ever people are feeling the pressure of trauma residue. As we are into the 2nd year of this pandemic, I am hearing so many people saying
- “I’m over this”,
- they are tired,
- what they used to be able to handle with ease is now a burden.
Many are feeling anxious, disconnected, unfocused and not realizing they are not in the present moment.
This week the team help me put this short video together to help you understand what’s going on for you around this trauma residue and how our systems works when we’re under stress. More importantly, how we can bring ourselves back into regulation.
