12:54:11: This is external orientation – bringing focus from internal experience to external.
12:54:45: I continue to assess capacity – seeing how she describes her experience
12:55:12: She’s describing stress management /emotional first aid
12:55:30: Introducing the transformational possibility
12:56:48: I’m seeing how well she can differentiation/describe where we are going on this journey
12:57:37: Supporting this lovely spark into growth … connection (social engagement system)
12:57:54: Seeing if I can tie this to the ‘here and now’.
12:59:06: I’m sharing my stuff in order to see if I can help the differentiation process ….into what the desired current experience is
12:59:37: Im working in the cognitive channel right.
13:00:15: So far I’m doing what we call in Conscious EFT ‘Holding the Suffering’ – with simple tap and talk

13:04:12: Watching for the second time sure is interesting! I’m noticing different things. lol
13:04:55: And now leaving time for the deactivation of the wave with some simple pleasant conversation and external orientation

13:06:59: Because we’re working energetically we’re doing so much unconscious work on the fixed patterns.
