EFT, also known as tapping, is a cutting edge, scientifically-proven mind/body technique that quickly stops the stress response.

Used by life and career coaches, mental health practitioners, educators, parents and individuals, this technique is an in-the-moment tool to reduce emotional flare ups and calm the nervous system.

Research shows that regular use of EFT can reduce stress hormones, and can tone our nervous system so we are more resilient when facing the irritations of daily life.

EFT is a simple, powerful process that can profoundly influence gene activity, health and behavior. – Bruce Lipton, Ph. D.

For those who want to look more deeply into what is holding them back from achieving the life they want to live, working with a coach can help us to move ahead with more clarity and confidence. Conscious EFT™ as developed by Nancy Forrester at the National EFT Training Institute (NeftTI.com) puts tapping in a trauma-informed, phased process that works with the client’s nervous system to create a foundation for safe, significant and sustainable change.

After an EFT session with Georgia, her explanation of the technique and
my hands-on practice allowed me to refocus my thoughts in a more
positive way.  I appreciate that tapping can be done anywhere at any
time!  I’ve used tapping when I’m walking by the ocean with my dog.  It
is an easy way to release tension and bring positive energy into my
body.  I really appreciate this alternative healing practice and I
recommend Georgia as a valuable and thoughtful practitioner!
