NeftTi participates in Leadership Training around inclusion, diversity and anti-racism.

The Ontario Society of Psychotherapists recently announced the selection of an excellent organization to work with to educate the board and offer members access to training as well in early 2021 around inclusion, diversity and anti-racism.

The organization is Anima Leadership. Anima Leadership is an award winning company offering in-person and online inclusive consulting and training services for individuals, teams and organizations in support of transformative change.

The Ontario Society of Psychotherapists is thrilled to work with this excellent organization to help the OSRP become an anti-racist organization.

NeftTi is glad to be included in the diversity inclusion anti-racism training being offered through OSRP.  This continues to be an issue that we recognize as an area of growth for NeftTi.
