Mindfulness Meditation (Relaxation Tapping)

One of the features of EFT/tapping that I enjoy so much is how effortlessly it integrates with other powerful modalities. One combination that I find very useful is bringing tapping together with mindfulness meditation.

There are lots of ways to bring them together – in this 5-minute relaxation video we start with Bronze level tapping – just tapping on the acupressure points without saying anything at all.

Then we add some gentle affirmations and finally bring in some heart centered breathing.
