About the Program
HARNESS is a one-of-a-kind mentorship program where you learn and practice with me and a very small group of colleagues for 10 months. It is designed to teach current and aspiring transformational leaders to integrate scientific, research-based professional change strategies into their personal and professional lives.
My primary intentions for this certification standard program are to mentor participants to:
- Gain the skills to profoundly help their clients
- Address their own unresolved emotional, cognitive and behavioural issues
- Gain the confidence to step more fully into their own power
- Share their empowering skills and message with the world.
I’m proud to say that there are over 50 graduates of NeftTI’s certification program who are providing outstanding service to their clients and who have transformed their own experience of the world in the process. They are enjoying greater meaning in their lives and better relationships with their families, finances and health.
Alumni of this program are integrating EFT and transformational coaching with many other modalities; they are writing books; creating programs and workshops and helping individuals with a wide range of issues from dental phobias, exam anxiety, weight loss, chronic disease symptoms to sleep impairment and parenting challenges.
This is a special program.
It is the culmination of 25 years of my intense personal growth and professional study.
The people who say YES to this 10 month program of focused study are enthusiastic and anxious. They know there is going to be positive change and although logically this is desirable, they also know it’s not easy to embrace even positive change. Resistance to change often leads us to sabotage our deepest desires.
This is not superficial lip service to transformation. It is not on-line internet training. It is a transformational deep dive into what is means, and takes, to be a transformational professional. It equips you with the tools, the knowledge and the community to catalyze real, permanent sustainable growth in yourself and your clients.
This is your chance to personally mentor with an internationally respected pioneer in the Energy Psychology and Transformational coaching world. And to ‘borrow the energetic benefits’ of engaging with a small group (about 12) of highly committed colleagues working toward a common goal.
Upon completion, graduates are awarded two credentials, they are accredited EFT Practitioners with NeftTI and AAMET International and they are NeftTI certified Emotional Success Coaches. The standards are high and you are supported and inspired every step of the way. There hasn’t ever been anyone who was accepted into this program who has not graduated.
This is not about obtaining ‘pieces of paper’ to hang on the wall. If that’s all you want this program is not for you. It is about becoming the person who knows the value they provide and has the confidence to share those gifts and training in a powerful way. (And yes – you’ll get the beautiful pieces of paper for your wall too!)
