When we think about the worlds of coaching and therapy we often see them as separate and distinct. Scope of practice realities exist and must be honoured and there are many gray areas that can be excavated for the benefit of both coaching and therapy clients.
At NeftTi we see the common denominator as the human beings that we work with. Human beings, regardless of whether they are coaching or therapy clients, carry the unresolved residue of trauma into their sessions. Therefore both coaches and therapists need to know how to safely and effectively work with this trauma residue. This is where Conscious EFT™ comes in.
We are not looking to dive into the trauma itself, we are looking at the implications of how the trauma is being held in the nervous system, how it is showing up currently in client’s life, and how we can support a higher quality of client life today.
