Introduction to EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique): What is EFT? This introduction workshop will discuss what EFT is and will provide a “hands on” experience. EFT is a gentle tool, acknowledged by the American Psychological Association as evidenced based for stress and anxiety. It takes 5 minutes to learn and is known to have profound life changing results in nearly all aspects of existence. It addresses the mind-body connection and is based on the same energy meridians used in traditional acupuncture to treat physical and emotional ailments that has been used for over 5000 years.

Tap into Wellness Wednesday’s (EFT): An EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) group which meets on a monthly basis (the last Wednesday of the month). This is an opportunity to practice what you’ve learned in a safe caring environment. You must participate in at least one EFT workshop prior to attending.
